Donation to The Friends Foundation -- Hays County Precinct 4 Commissioner Karen Ford presents a $1500 check to The Friends Foundation's Vice President (L-R) Karen Glass, board member Grace Dormont and Treasurer Debra Harris. The donation comes from funds remaining at the end of fiscal 2010 from the Pct. 4 office budget. The monies will be used to supplement a $5,000 grant from Hays County awarded to The Friends Foundation and will help to purchase health screening equipment for seniors in the area.
